You will be responsible for planning and implementing technical training for Tesla's energy business (home and industrial battery products). - Provide classroom and practical training on installation, commissioning, and maintenance for construction partners and in-house engineers. - Create and localize training materials (Japanese) based on the latest product updates. - Manage e-learning content and monitor student progress and skills. - Collaborate with global training teams to introduce the latest technologies and safety standards to the Japanese market.
