Kindler has grown its business centered on IT infrastructure construction and outsourcing, but in order to meet customer requests, we are currently expanding our technology services to cover entire systems. In this recruitment, we are looking for leaders/sub-leaders who have strengths in the IBM mainframe infrastructure field, in order to strengthen our system to be responsible for long-term hardware replacement, software upgrades, and maintenance for the IBM mainframe infrastructure of major non-life insurance customers, which are deeply involved in our lives. This position will be a long-term project, and we are looking for someone who can accompany our customers while maintaining a stable foundation. [Job Description] As a leader/sub-leader of the IBM mainframe team, you will be responsible for the following: • Support for IBM mainframe systems • Support for hardware replacement • Support for software version upgrades/maintenance • Investigate and consider countermeasures in the event of a failure and lead the response • Respond to technical inquiries from customers • Communication with team members and customers • Manage the progress, issues, quality, and risks of the entire project • Coordination of team members (approximately 3 to 10 people) [Work style] • Remote work is possible (2 days a week) [Attractions of this team] • We are a team with a good atmosphere and easy to consult with, from young people to veterans. •We have a good relationship with IBM and have many technical consultants. •As this is a long-term project, it is rewarding to support core systems in a stable environment. Working Hours: To be defined Job Requirements: Required requirements Those who have any of the following experience: • 5 years or more of work experience with IBM mainframes (z/OS) • Experience of handling problems with IBM mainframes (experience in isolating and investigating causes in collaboration with IBM support) • Experience with software maintenance of IBM mainframes • 5 or more years of customer negotiation experience • Experience as a team leader/sub-leader (5 years or more of a team of 3 or more people) Welcome Requirements •Knowledge of IBM mainframe batch management software •Experience with IZWS (ZWS/IWS/TWS/OPC) •Experience with IBM Storage •Experience with IWS •Interest in mainframe modernization
