Job Description

We are hiring a UX / UI Designer to support Japan‑focused e‑commerce initiatives for a global fashion company project. Key Responsibilities Design end‑to‑end e‑commerce UX/UI experiences for web and mobile Localize global design concepts to meet Japanese market and user expectations Create wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and production‑ready UI using Figma Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers across Japan and the U.S. Ensure smooth design hand‑off and high UI quality throughout implementation Act as a UX partner in cross‑functional product discussions Company Info: About HCLTech: HCLTech is a global technology company, home to 220,755+ people across 60 countries, delivering industry-leading capabilities centered around digital, engineering and cloud, powered by a broad portfolio of technology services and products. Job Requirements: Proven experience in UX/UI design for e‑commerce / retail platforms Strong understanding of Japanese digital behavior and market expectations Business‑level or native Japanese (mandatory) Business‑level English (for daily collaboration with U.S. design teams) Hands‑on experience with Figma Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams Other Salary Description: Complete social insurance coverage Education and training
