As an IT Business Analyst, you will serve as the vital link between our clients' business needs and our technical execution teams. You will be responsible for navigating complex project requirements, ensuring clear communication across borders, and supporting the successful delivery of high-impact IT solutions. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at translating business problems into technical specifications within a multicultural framework. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops and interviews with Japanese and international clients to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements. Stakeholder Communication: Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing project updates and managing expectations in both Japanese and English. UAT Support: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, including creating test scenarios, managing defect logging, and ensuring client sign-off. Project Documentation: Maintain high-quality project documentation (Functional Specs, Flowcharts, and Meeting Minutes) using tools like Jira and Confluence. PMO Support: Assist Project Managers in tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring the project remains aligned with the client’s strategic goals. UI/UX Demo: Familiarity with UI/UX tools e.g. Canva/ FIGMA/ Adobe Illustrator is preferred. Job Requirements: Required Qualifications Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience within the IT Industry. Functional Skills: * Direct experience in Client Requirement Gathering and business process mapping. o Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance workflows. Tools: Proficiency in project management and collaboration software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools. Language Proficiency: ・Japanese: JLPT N1 (Native or Near-native) – must be comfortable with "Keigo" and Japanese business etiquette. ・English: Business Level – capable of conducting meetings and writing technical reports for global stakeholders. Preferred Skills Technical knowledge or implementation experience with Enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SAP, or AWS. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Previous experience working in a Japanese "SIer" or global IT consultancy.
