You will be responsible for promoting local business practices and regional expansion. Working Hours: 9:30-18:30 Average overtime hours: 20 hours/month Job Requirements: [Required Experience] ◎ Fluent Indonesian ◎ Business-level Japanese (N2 equivalent or above) ◎ Practical experience in alliance or business development ◎ Experience involved in new business ventures or new partnerships (regardless of role) ◎ Experience driving projects involving domestic and international stakeholders [Preferred Experience] ◎ Joint ventures with overseas companies ◎ Experience launching overseas markets ◎ Organizational management (regardless of number of people) Other Salary Description: Estimated first-year salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥7,200,000 Assumed overtime pay: ¥95,000 (assumed overtime hours: 40 hours/month) *The above amount includes assumed overtime pay. *Excess overtime will be fully reimbursed.
