Kids Duo has directly managed and franchise locations. Directly managed schools are owned and operated by YARUKI Switch Group. Franchise locations are owned and run by independent owners who have an agreement with YARUKI Switch Group. This opportunity is with franchise locations in Saitama. Our motto is “Play in English, learn in English.” We create fun, safe, and comfortable environments where our students learn real, usable English. Kids Duo teachers lead large and small groups of students (ages 3 to 12) in a variety of highly active games and activities. This includes arts and crafts, music and dance, social studies, outdoor programs, and more. ◆ Teachers While we support teachers with an established curriculum and lesson plans, successful teachers grow and expand on these foundations by providing their own unique and original games and lesson ideas. Our approach allows for ample creative freedom to personalize your teaching style and inject passion and enthusiasm into your class. Working shifts are nine hours (including one-hour lunch break). Shifts generally fall between the hours of 9:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday (some weekend work may be required). A typical shift is from 11:00 to 20:00. *Our curriculum puts emphasis on pronunciation and phonics practice. While we, of course, welcome English speakers from a variety of countries with varying dialects and accents, we ask that you are able to effectively teach and express these concepts in a phonetically natural English environment.
