We are seeking enthusiastic Native English Instructors to join our professional and friendly team starting APRIL 2026. We provide high-quality lessons to students of all ages, from toddlers (3+) to adults, focusing on conversation, business English, and test preparation (EIKEN, TOEIC, TOEFL). ------------------------------------------------------------------------ WHY JOIN US ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT: Our staff stays with us long-term. Most of our instructors have been with us for more than 3 years. ALL-ENGLISH WORKPLACE: All internal communication and meetings are conducted in English. Japanese language skills are not required. STABILITY: Your salary is guaranteed based on the workday, not per lesson. You will not lose income due to student cancellations. COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING: We welcome first-time teachers. Our program covers lesson planning, age-specific activities, and classroom management. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ WORKING CONDITIONS ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SCHEDULE: 1-3 days per week. Mon-Fri shifts are 13:00 - 21:00. Sat shifts are 10:00 - 18:00. SALARY: 12,000 yen per day (Training period: 10,000 yen per day). This includes a maximum of 6 teaching hours plus 2 hours for prep. The average teaching load is 4.5-5.5 hours per day. CONTRACT: 1-year renewable contract with a renewal bonus. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ REQUIREMENTS ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Native English speaker currently residing in Japan. University degree (required for visa purposes). A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and connecting with students.
